Title: Retail Analytics that Drive Store Performance 

Advances in technology and competition from the Internet are driving retailers to invest in various technologies. These range from customer-facing technologies, such as installing digital signs and equipping employees with smart phones and tablets, to the migration to an omni-channel retail marketing strategy. With this shift to digital technologies, and the intensely competitive nature of the retail industry, there is a growing demand for retail analytics to both justify and leverage these investments. 

Forum attendees will hear case studies presented by retailers, gain insights into how to implement analytical platforms, and be introduced to the modeling and interpretation of such data. In addition, those attending the PRI Forum will learn how to implement actionable insights that can result in improving the customer experience and reducing operating costs. Forum presenters also will address how to enable proximity marketing campaigns, among other things.
