Margot Myers is the Manager, Retail In-Store Programs, for the U.S. Postal Service. She is
responsible for managing the messaging and point-of-purchase materials displayed in more
than 32,000 Post Offices, as well as the deployment and testing of the USPS digital
communications network. Margot oversees a major retail standardization initiative aimed at
providing a consistent, reliable retail experience for postal customers. Myers is a 21-year
postal employee who joined Retail Marketing in December 2002 after 18 years in postal Public
Affairs and Communications. Among her favorite assignments in that department were
managing communications and special events for the Postal Service’s worldwide sponsorship
of the 1992 Olympic Games and handling public relations for the USPS Pro Cycling Team
and Lance Armstrong’s first two Tour de France victories. Prior to coming to the Postal
Service, Margot served for seven years on the staff of U.S. Senator Dennis DeConcini.
